Tedeschi Goes With GoGo Cast for Digital Signage

Agreement calls for deployment of "Go-Screens" in chain's food shops

ROCKLAND, Mass. -- Tedeschi Food Shops Inc. has forged a deal with GoGo Cast Inc., a global provider of digital out of home (DOOH) media networks for the use of GoGo Cast's high-definition Go-Screen's; the agreement expands the GoGo Cast footprint to more than 550 locations.

GoGo Cast's digital sign and digital merchandising solution will help Tedeschi Food Shops engage their customers with meaningful and informative content. GoGo Cast's Go-Screens will deliver unique customer and location data to reach a captive in-store audience, "conveying the right messages at precisely [image-nocss] the right time" to help influence buying decisions directly at the point of purchase, the company said.

For consumers, the content enhances the store experience, helps them make purchasing decisions and heightens awareness of sale prices and special promotions. For advertisers, the network provides an additional opportunity to highlight key selling points, complementing traditional point-of-purchase advertising.

The agreement between GoGo Cast and Tedeschi Food Shops calls for installation of Go-Screen's digital displays in its locations by the end of the third quarter 2010.
