ST. LOUIS-- Wallis Cos., which operates 32 On the Run convenience stores in and around the St. Louis metropolitan area, announced today a new partnership with OpenStore by GasBuddy. Through the partnership, On the Run has developed a mobile app for its customers, set to launch in September.
"We continue to look for new ways we can reach our customers and make their lives a bit simpler, so the logical next step for us was to create a mobile app," said Lynn Wallis of Wallis Cos. "Our customers are utilizing new technology and their smartphones to shop and locate deals, and we are confident they will find our app a useful tool."
The app will provide customers with On the Run store product deals, daily promotions, updated gas prices, a convenient store locator, games and more. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to send feedback to On the Run from their mobile device and receive valuable electronic coupons for their input. The app is free to download and available for Android, Blackberry and iPhone devices.
