SHELTON, Conn. —BIC has a new lighter with a 1.45-inch extended wand and a body the size of a pocket lighter. The BIC EZ Reach lighter is designed for lighting hard-to-reach places while helping keep fingers away from the flame, according to the Shelton, Conn.-based company.
The lighter can fit in hands, bags and pockets, making it easy for lighting candles, grilling and more, BIC said.
The EZ Reach lighters will come in four varieties: The classic BIC colors, Home Decor, Bohemian and Bob Marley lighters. The lighters have a suggested retail price of $2.99 for the one-pack Classic, $3.49 for the one-pack Home Decor and $4 for the Bob Marley lighters.
