"We're absolutely thrilled to have Raz join our executive team," said Miguel Martin, president of LOGIC Technology. "Raz has the knowledge and experience, with a proven track record, to bring LOGIC to next level and maintain its status as one of the leaders in the electronic cigarette space."

Rahman spent 22 years with Altria Sales & Distribution, retiring from the company in 2013. Over the course of his career, Raz held various leadership positions, most recently leading a team of 80 sales managers expanding Altria's presence in his markets. In his previous role, Raz was the director of trade relations for the company, where he helped further Altria's relationship with the wholesale and retail trade, as well as organizations including the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) and American Wholesale Marketers Association (AWMA).

"I am excited to join LOGIC Technology during this time of rapid growth in the electronic cigarette industry," said Rahman. "I look forward to working with our trade partners to capitalize on this lucrative category."

LOGIC Technology's e-cigarettes are available in disposable and rechargeable versions and available at convenience stores nationwide as well as on the company's website. With multiple patents, LOGIC features technology that delivers a realistic smoking experience. Simulating the feeling and taste of a real cigarette, LOGIC provides a sensory experience that satisfies a smoker's addictive cravings for the nicotine, tobacco flavor, hand-to-mouth motion and vapor release, the Livingston, N.J.-based company said.
