Gas Land Petroleum

Gas Land Petroleum, New Paltz, N.Y., develops, operates and supplies gas station and convenience stores throughout New York under partnerships with Exxonmobil, Sunoco, Shell, Citgo, Gulf, Phillips 66 and Conoco.

In addition to its wholesale and retail business, Gas Land created two other companies which allow the company to operate at an optimum level of efficiency. Gas Land Trucking, Inc. owns and operates a fleet of tractor-trailers to service and deliver petroleum products to Gas Land's retail and wholesale locations. Nesheiwat Builders constructs all of Gas Land's facilities.

In 2020, Gas Land Petroleum began plans to invest in their retail operations and focus on food offerings under the neighborMART store brand. The goal for neighborMART is to be the commuters your one-stop-shop c-store that caters to the New York minute.

NeighborMART will have two concepts: One with a full kitchen and deli and another for space-restricted c-stores that will carry fresh, pre-made breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Gas Land is currently operating two neighborMART locations with plans to open eight more in 2021 and 17 more in 2022.
