Gate Petroleum owns Gate Stores, a chain of c-stores that aims to "serve up more" than its competitors with a clean atmosphere, friendly service, competitive pricing and an extensive selection of convenience products and foodservice options.

The larger, 6,400-square-foot sites--introduced in early 2019--feature Gate's Fresh Kitchen, a fast-casual cafe that offers fresh-made breakfast sandwiches, pizza, empanadas, barbeque sandwiches and breakfast burritos, as well as smoothies, milkshakes and specialty iced coffees. Some units offer Yobe-branded self-serve frozen yogurt and topping stations.

In 2021, Gate Stores introduced bean-to-cup coffee dispensers. In addition, Gate Stores feature a variety of beverage options, including Best Bean coffee, nitro and cold-brew coffee, iced tea, fountain and frozen drinks.

On the forecourt, Gate Stores offer E0, E10, E15 and E85 gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, in-bay car washes and vacuums and tunnel car washes and vacuums. The company also operates concrete plants, office parks, private clubs and resorts and commercial and residential real estate development.
