Global Partners LP

Operating primarily in the Northeast, Global Partners is one of the region’s largest independent owners, suppliers and operators of gas stations and c-stores under several retail brands, including Alltown Fresh, Honey Farms and Wheels.

In November 2021, Global Partners acquired 13 Mac’s Market c-stores and one commissioned agent site from Sherman V. Allen Inc., Rutland, Vt. The stores are located in Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and Massachusetts and sell CITGO-branded fuels.

In December 2021, the company agreed to divest seven stores that sell gasoline and diesel fuel in five local markets in Connecticut to Petroleum Marketing Investment Group LLC to settle Federal Trade Commission (FTC) charges that Global Partners’ proposed acquisition of Consumers Petroleum of Connecticut’s 27 Wheels c-stores violates federal antitrust laws. The transaction also includes fuel supply agreements for approximately 25 stations in Connecticut and New York.

Global Partners is rolling out Skip’s self-checkout kiosks at its company-owned locations after a successful pilot program that tested the new kiosk at select Global-owned stores.
