Clark Oil Co.

Family-owned Clark Oil Co. operates Clark's Food Stores in the southern Mississippi and southern Alabama areas.

Jon Frank Clark, whose father founded the fuel retailer, distributor and convenience chain, is company president. Mississippi Transport, the fuel distribution division of the company, delivers gasoline and diesel fuel to residential and commercial customers.

Its most recent acquisition was in 2022, involving six convenience stores from Laurel Oil LLC, Laurel, Mississippi.

Waynesboro, Mississippi-based Clark Oil, a family-owned petroleum marketer and convenience retailer, distributes branded petroleum products to more than 150 convenience stores in the southern Mississippi and southern Alabama areas. Clark Oil operates about one-third of the locations under its Clark's store brand.
