Gas Land Petroleum

Gas Land Petroleum, New Paltz, New York, develops, operates and supplies gas stations and convenience stores throughout the New York area under distribution agreements with Exxonmobil, Sunoco, Shell, CITGO, Gulf, Phillips 66 and Conoco.

In addition to its wholesale and retail business, Gas Land created two other companies that allow the company to operate at an optimum level of efficiency, it said. Gas Land Trucking Inc. owns and operates a fleet of tractor-trailers to serve and deliver petroleum products to Gas Land's retail and wholesale locations. Nesheiwat Builders constructs all of Gas Land's facilities.

In 2020, Gas Land Petroleum began plans to invest in its retail operations and focus on food offerings under the neighbormart store brand. The goal for neighbormart is to be a commuter's one-stop shop c-store that caters to the "New York minute."

The neighbormart brand has two concepts: One with a full kitchen and deli and another for space-restricted c-stores that carry fresh, pre-made breakfast and lunch sandwiches. To date, Gas Land has implemented the neighbormart concept to 19 locations and with seven more neighbormart themed locations set to open in 2024.
