Gate's 71 convenience stores and gas stations are located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Gate Petroleum Co. added two new locations in 2023 and completed renovations of two other sites.

The company continues to grow its loyalty program, My Gate Rewards, with the addition of sweepstakes where customers can win exclusive experiences and prizes. My Gate Rewards offers customers points on in-store purchases that can be used for discounts on fuel. The program offers a mobile app and includes club savings on beverages, pizza, soft-serve ice cream and smokeless tobacco.

The chain is growing its Gate Fresh Kitchen locations, featuring a fast-casual cafe serving freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches and burritos as well as fresh-baked pizza and cookies. Sweet Freez soft-serve ice cream is available in classic flavors like vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Seasonal flavors rotate throughout the year and include key lime pie, salted caramel and hot cocoa. Customers can pile on their favorite toppings at the topping bar, such as strawberries, gummy bears, hot fudge and sprinkles.

In addition to its stores, Gate offers a car wash at several locations and provides gasoline, diesel, lubricant and DEF deliveries to storage tanks, private card locks, marine and bulk fueling throughout the Southeastern United States. The company's transportation team operates a fleet of tankers and provides petroleum distribution and transportation for all of Gate Petroleum's retail stores, as well as commercial accounts throughout the Southeast.
