Monfort Cos. 7E CO Holdings

7E CO Holdings LLC is a division of investment management company Monfort Cos. and has been investing in and operating gas stations and convenience stores since 2016. It holds properties with more than a dozen c-store and gas station locations across the Front Range in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas, along with other holdings and investments in the dining, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. The company has focused on rural markets but has started acquiring urban locations.

The firm's retail portfolio includes locations in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin with brand names including 7-Eleven, Chisholm Corner, Jack's, Monfort Express and Speedway.

Its most recent purchases include the acquisition of Dino Stop Convenience Stores, a chain of six c-stores serving the Green Bay, Wisconsin, and 19 c-stores across southwestern Oklahoma from Bostick and Associates, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, in 2022.
