S&G

Sylvania, Ohio-based S&G operates convenience stores under the S&G Stores and Stop & Go Stores brands.

Its last acquisition was in 2022 with the purchase of 12 sites from Perrysburgh, Ohio-based Barney's Convenience Stores. It divested several locations in 2022 and early 2023 to be better positioned for future acquisitions. The company continues its growth plan of building 4,500-square-foot new-construction stores with better food offerings. It is working with Chester's Chicken and Godfather's Pizza.

S&G partners with PDI on data analysis for more precise marketing efforts. Its Real Deal Rewards platform uses geofencing and market basket promotions specific to a customer's purchase history to deliver relevant offers for savings.
