Stop-A-Minit is a chain of gas stations and convenience stores located throughout upstate South Carolina. Roland Drake founded the chain in 1977, opening the first location in Honea Path, South Carolina, as a full-service gas station. Stop-A-Minit continues to be a family-owned and operated business with Drake serving as the president and his sons, Brent and Tyler, as vice presidents.
