The past three years have seen steady acquisition activity from Fast Stop. In 2024, the chain acquired three gas stations in Ogden, Willard and Pleasant View, Utah, from Willard-based retailer Trigon.
In 2023, it acquired three stores from Triple Stop Inc. in Davis County, Utah, as well as a Conoco Travel Plaza in Meadow, Utah. And in 2022, it acquired nine convenience stores from Common Cents Stores in southeastern Idaho.
It offers Chevron, Texaco, 76, Conoco, Shell and Sinclair fuels. Its stores feature A&W, Subway, Taco Time and family-style sit-down restaurants, as well as grab-and-go foods. The company also owns motels and RV parks.
