Sylvania, Ohio-based S&G operates convenience stores under the S&G Stores and Stop & Go Stores brands. They had 66 stores at the beginning of the year and expect to add as many as four locations this year.

Its last acquisition was in 2022, with the purchase of 12 sites from Perrysburg, Ohio-based Barney's Convenience Stores.

The company continues its growth plan of building 4,500-square-foot new construction stores with food offerings. It is working with Chester's Chicken and Godfather's Pizza.

S&G partners with PDI on data analysis for more precise marketing efforts. Its Real Deal Rewards platform uses geofencing and market basket promotions specific to a customer's purchase history to deliver relevant offers for savings.
