The first White Oak Station Convenience Store opened in 1983 in the Ozark Mountain region. All stores were acquired in 2016 by US Assets Inc., Dallas. The chain is now owned by White Oak MOARK LLC, Harrison, Arkansas, and a Newport, Rhode Island-based limited liability company called ARG WO9PSLB001 LLC took over several locations. Stores are in Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Florida and Texas, most serving small towns and residential areas. The stores support local businesses, schools, youth leagues, community functions and charities in the communities they serve. Featured foodservice offerings include chicken strips, sub sandwiches, pizza, biscuits and gravy and other breakfast sandwiches. The chain also operates White Oak Vapor at some locations. Its acquisition history goes back to 2022, when White Oak Station purchased six Kum & Go stores in Missouri.

For benchmarking purposes, store counts are as of Jan. 1, 2025.
