In 2025, the company introduced a Made-To-Order food program at 32 Fresh Kitchen locations, allowing customers to customize freshly prepared meals through self-service kiosks. The menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bowls, burgers, chicken tenders, personal pizzas, lettuce bowls and more.
The My Gate Rewards loyalty program continues to expand, offering discounted meal bundles, fuel savings and experiential prizes. Members earn points on in-store purchases that can be redeemed for fuel discounts, along with club savings on beverages, pizza and soft-serve ice cream. Customers can download the Gate app to register and take advantage of these offers.
Beyond retail, the company operates car washes at select locations and provides gasoline, diesel, lubricant and delivery services throughout the Southeast, supported by its dedicated fleet of transport tankers serving both retail and commercial customers.
