Monfort Cos./7E CO Holdings

7E CO Holdings LLC is a division of investment management company Monfort Cos. and has been investing in and operating gas stations and convenience stores since 2016.

It holds properties with more than a dozen c-store and gas station locations across the Front Range in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas, along with other holdings and investments in the dining, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors.

The company has focused on rural markets but has started acquiring urban locations. The firm's retail portfolio includes locations in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin, with brand names including 7-Eleven, Chisholm Corner, Jack's, Monfort Express and Speedway.

Its most recent purchases include two in 2022, with the acquisition of Dino Stop Convenience Stores, a chain of six c-stores serving the Green Bay, Wisconsin, area and 19 c-stores across southwestern Oklahoma from Bostick & Associates, East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

Monfort Cos. will drop from the Top 202 list in 2027. In February 2026, Monfort Cos. exited the c-store industry with the sale of its petroleum marketing and convenience retail assets to multiple buyers, Matrix Capital Markets Group Inc. said.
