Family Express is taking precautions against COVID-19, installing dispensers of disposable wax tissues by coffee machines and in other places so customers don’t have to directly touch the machines.
The Valparaiso, Ind.-based retailer offers made-to-order coffees featuring freshly ground beans from machines that can also create hot foam. The Java Wave European Cafe machines from Franke offer a high-end coffee experience.
Through Family Express’s FE Perks rewards program, customers get a seventh drink free when they’ve bought six—and get rewards on gas, too. This summer, for the delayed tax day of July 15, the chain offered any size of Java Wave coffee for $1.69.
