Pandemic restrictions or not, many convenience retailers and quick-service-restaurant chains remained innovative with their coffee programs to retain and draw customers. Through it all, CSP’s data partner, Technomic, gauged customer coffee satisfaction and tracked chains that received at least 100 survey responses from consumers. Click “start here” (above) to view the top 20 c-store and QSR coffee programs based on the percentage of consumers who rated a chain’s coffee as “very good” or better. For reference, Yesway rated 57.9% and Family Express 49.8% during the same period.
