Kwik Trip and Parker’s Kitchen Honored as USA TODAY Top Workplaces for 2024

Kwik Trip Inc. and Parker’s Kitchen are on USA Today Top Workplaces award list for 2024.

The annual ranking, conducted by Energage, the research partner behind USA Today’s program, is based on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by the employees of participating workplaces. 

In the convenience store/gas station category La Crosse, Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip Inc. ranked No. 42Savannah, Georgia-based Parker’s Kitchen convenience stores took the 91st spotWild Bills Tobacco also made the list.

Feedback included 1,075 Parker’s Kitchen employee surveys, and Parker's Kitchen founder and CEO Greg Parker said that “we know that our team members are, quite literally, the key to our success as a company. This award is especially meaningful as we continue to expand our corporate footprint while deepening our commitment to creating professional, rewarding environments in every community Parker’s Kitchen serves.”

Earning a Top Workplaces award is a “badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees, said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they're allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.
