Pilot Looking to Hire 10,000 Team Members This Summer Nationwide

Benefits include Fueling Recognition program, which allows travel center leaders to recognize employees with in-app points redeemable for thousands of items

Pilot will hire more than 10,000 team members to prepare for a busy summer travel season, the major fuel supplier, travel center and convenience-store retailer said.

The company offers generous benefits and perks, training and development programs and opportunities for career growth.

It has openings for hourly and leadership positions across its owned and operated Pilot and Flying J travel centers, One9 Fuel Network locations, onsite restaurants and tanker fleet in the United States and Canada. Several key travel states including California, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Virginia have a large number of available jobs to meet the increased summer demand, said Pilot.

Available full-time and part-time positions include travel center and restaurant leadership, hourly retail and foodservice and Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) drivers.

The company recently launched a revamped mobile app which allows team member to stay updated with company news, access documents and training and find resources.
