LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Convenience-store retailer Thorntons is partnering with Norton Healthcare to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on April 9 at its store support facility in Louisville, Ky., for community members who are eligible for vaccination under current state guidelines and as supply is available.
Appointments are required. To participate in this community vaccine clinic, individuals must live or work in Kentucky and must present a valid ID and insurance card, if available. A parent or guardian must be present with anyone who is 16 or 17 years of age to consent for the vaccine.
Norton Healthcare, Louisville, is administering the two-dose Pfizer vaccine at this event, with the second dose scheduled for April 30. Participations will sign up for the second dose as they check in on April 9.
