National Convenience Distributors

Established by Palm Beach Capital in 2020, National Convenience Distributors (NCD) represents the unification between Allen Brothers Wholesale Distribution, Century Distributors, Colonial Distributing, Harold Levinson Associates, J. Polep Distribution, Rachael’s Food Corp. and Wustefeld Candy. NCD distributes candy, snacks, fresh sandwiches and salads (via its own USDA Commissary), cigarettes and premium cigars, coffee, ice cream, and frozen and refrigerated foods. The company serves 23,800 customers in the eastern United States from Maine to Florida.

In July, NCD acquired Colonial Wholesale Distributing Inc. Colonial is one of the Southeast region’s largest full-line wholesale distributors to the convenience and grocery-store industries. Colonial Distributing joined NCD as a newly created division.
