MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Global foodservice equipment maker Alto-Shaam has appointed Paris Dreibelbis as its new corporate chef.

In his new role, Dreibelbis will serve as a culinary application specialist, providing product training and customer support throughout the United States and demonstrating the capabilities of Alto-Shaam’s kitchen equipment, the Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based company said.

He will also be responsible for further enhancing the customer experience through new product development and on-site consultations.

Dreibelbis joins Alto-Shaam with more than 10 years of experience working as a chef at a variety of restaurants and foodservice operations throughout Wisconsin.

In 2018, he was among the six finalists in the Mentor Young Chef Competition for recognizing culinary excellence.

“I am very excited to be joining the Alto-Shaam team,” Dreibelbis said. “The company is recognized globally for its leading solutions and outstanding customer support, and I look forward to helping our customers succeed by enhancing their foodservice operations.”

In September, the company announced that Jack Scott, Alto-Shaam senior vice president of general market sales, will retire at the end of 2022. Alto-Shaam has hired Matt Webber to succeed him. The two are working closely until the end of December to ensure a seamless transition, the company said.
