New Ovention Shuttle Oven Is Largest Yet

Ovention is launching the Shuttle S2600, its largest size in the precision impingement oven lineup.

Precision impingement technology uses top and bottom hot air for a fast, high-quality cook without microwaves, Milwaukee-based Ovention said. The S2600 has the features and benefits of the previous sizes of Shuttle ovens with the bonus of being able to accommodate a full-size sheet pan.

“Shuttle ovens can operate as a high-performance conveyor or in ‘shuttle’ mode with a sealed baking chamber for menu flexibility and energy efficiency,” the company said. “With controlled settings, the large 26-inch belt can feed left or right and has patented dual auto-load and unload capability for multi-tasking and increased output.”

The S2600 also features two full-color, front-facing touchscreens that can store more than 1,000 multistage recipes and self-diagnostics for monitoring oven components and performance.

The S2600 is stackable up to two ovens high, has a mountable remote control module option and dozens of other cooking accessory options.

Ovention’s manufacturing facility is in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
