OLM Food Solutions, a Performance Food Group company, is expanding its snack offerings with Hot Stuff Kitchen (HSK) Stuffed Bites. The product line features a mix of savory and sweet fillings inside various doughs like flaky pastry and buttermilk biscuits.
Stuffed Bites are designed to meet consumers’ demand for convenience, tasty snacking options, and with operational efficiency in mind, OLM Food Solutions said.
“Our goal with the HSK Stuffed Bites is to drive a significant increase in same-store sales for our customers,” said Raden Smith, CEO of OLM Food Solutions. “This product is a strategic response to what we've learned from store operators about what works best in today’s fast-paced foodservice environment.”
Stuffed Bites varieties include:
- Jalapeño Biscuit Sunrise Bites: Made with jalapeño-infused biscuit dough and stuffed with sausage, eggs and cheese.
- Beefy Taco Bites: Made with a corn tortilla dough and filled with ground beef, refried beans, a three-cheese blend and a mild chili sauce.
- Apple Pie Bites (seasonal offering): Made with a mix of apples, brown sugar and cinnamon in a pastry dough shell.
- Brown Sugar Cinnamon Bites (seasonal offering): Made with brown sugar, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla and wrapped in flaky pastry dough.
- Dipping sauces include jalapeño cheese sauce, guacamole, cream cheese icing and caramel sauce.
Bites come in a three-pack or a five-pack for individual or shareable portions.
