Dible Dough, Fayetteville, Arkansas, is contributing to the creation of a new segment in the snacking category with its safe-to-eat cookie dough bars. The innovation, Dible Dough told CSP at the Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago, is available at QuikTrip, Sheetz and Rutter’s.

Jolene Conway, the company’s founder and owner, started Dible Dough in 2017 with a family cookie dough recipe. After her best friend confessed that she would rather eat the cookie dough than the cookie, Conway began the company.

“I created safer versions of my family’s cookie recipes with no eggs or raw flour that tasted just as delicious as the original recipes,” said Conway. “I stuck to simple, all-natural, everyday ingredients like real butter, sugar and natural peanut butter with absolutely no preservatives. Dible Dough makes it easy for people to enjoy a usually forbidden treat as a delicious and convenient snack without sacrificing taste or quality.”

Dible Dough Cookie Dough is available in flavors including chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip and sugar cookie with sprinkles.

“We use simple, all-natural ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners and absolutely no preservatives,” said Conway. “All Dible Dough bars are under 230 calories.”

The brand offers both refrigerated and shelf stable cookie dough bars. The refrigerated product is sold in c-stores and Meijer Express, while shelf-stable is available at Walmart, each in 20-case packs with 2-10 package merchandiser displays for a total of 20 bars per case pack.

Also, last year in its initiative to help small towns in America, Dible Dough gifted product to various small schools to sell in concession stands for sports teams, fine arts events and school fundraisers. The company also donated money to help various small towns refurbish old buildings on town squares and a historic football stadium.

Dible Dough plans to continue to show support through its Dough-Nation program where various organizations can apply to have Dible Dough Bars donated to sell at their events and concession stands.

Dible Dough is a Fayetteville, Arkansas-based cookie dough company that offers shelf stable and refrigerated cookie dough bars. The company’s products are available in convenience-store and grocery store locations.
