Casey’s Partners for New Snack Collaboration

Works with Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce to introduce Zesty Jalapeno Peanuts and more

ANKENY, Iowa — Casey’s General Stores Inc. has partnered with fellow Iowa company Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce to introduce a new snack collaboration under the Casey’s brand. The new private-label snacks include Zesty Jalapeno Peanuts, Zesty Jalapeno Cashews and Zesty Jalapeno Pretzels. The snacks will be available for purchase in Casey’s convenience stores beginning Jan. 22.

“We are excited to introduce these new, tasty snacks with Lola’s unique flavor into our Casey’s snack offering across our over 2,400 stores,” said Tom Brennan, chief merchandising officer for Casey’s General Stores. “Our guests expect convenient, delicious options at a great price when they stop at their local Casey’s. By partnering with Lola’s, we’re able to deliver on that promise while supporting another business in our community.”

Casey’s Zesty Jalapeno Peanuts will retail for 99 cents per pack, Casey’s Zesty Jalapeno Cashews at $3.99 each and Casey’s Zesty Jalapeno Pretzels at $3.49 each.

Des Moines, Iowa-based Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce is vegan, all natural, non-GMO project verified and gluten free. Lola’s can be found in grocery stores in the United States and in Canada, the Philippines and in the Virgin Islands. Lola’s is also available online.
