The acquisition will allow the companies to offer its clients an expanded breadth of services and enhanced capabilities to deliver on their strategic initiatives, he said.

Lisa Biggs and Lesley Saitta, the co-founders of Impact 21, will join W. Capra as partners in W. Saitta added: “The strategic and cultural alignment of our two organizations has long been evident and has only deepened as we have navigated this process together. I am excited about what we’ll achieve together for our clients.”

Headquarters for the combined firm will be at W. Capra’s corporate oces in Chicago. Impact 21’s oces in Lexington, Kentucky, and Tampa, Florida, as well as W. Capra oces in Nashville, Tennessee, and Toronto will remain open.
