Harney to oversee convenience and drug channels

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Beverage maker Califia Farms has hired Holly Harney as its new director of sales for small format.

Harney will oversee the convenience and drug channels while owning select foodservice accounts in the East, according to the company. She will report to Jim Whitaker, vice president of small format/foodservice.

Harney comes to Califia with extensive sales and marketing experience from Procter & Gamble and Mars Wrigley Confectionery, and most recently with Glanbia/ThinkThin, where she was in a similar sales leadership role of healthy nutritional foods in convenience-store, drug and specialty channels, Whitaker said.

Bakersfield, Calif.-based Califia Farms operates as a natural beverage company. Its product portfolio includes almond and oat milks, coffee creamer, cold-brew coffee, Mexican juices, citrus juices and seasonal drinks.
