Gate Opens for Celsius

Beverage now available at more than 55 Gate Petroleum locations
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- Celsius Holdings Inc. said that Celsius, the Original Calorie Burner, is now available for consumer purchase in more than 55 Gate Petroleum convenience stores in the Southeast. Gate Petroleum, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., is the first retailer to carry the Celsius beverage brand through McLane Co. Inc., a major supplier to grocery and convenience stores throughout the country.

Celsius is scientifically shown to burn up to 100 calories or more per can by raising metabolism and generating increased energy and alertness, the company said. Additional [image-nocss] benefits shown when combined with exercise include increased loss of fat mass, increased gain of muscle mass and improved endurance, it added.

Gate Petroleum carries four flavors, Sparkling Wild Berry, Sparkling Orange, Green Tea Peach Mango and Green Tea Raspberry Acai, in four states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Gate Petroleum is a retail marketer of petroleum products. It operates 100 stores and supplies another 250. Other businesses include operation of convenience stores, operation of private clubs and resorts, real estate development and manufacturing of architectural and structural precast/prestressed concrete.
