Wilson Farms Expands Dairy Partnership

All stores now serviced by Upstate Farms

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms has announced a new partnership agreement with Upstate Farms. The company, with plants and distribution centers in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, Jamestown, Bath, Syracuse, and Watertown, N.Y., won the chain's bid for dairy product distribution to an additional 92 Wilson Farms and Sugar Creek stores in Rochester, Syracuse, and Central New York regions.

Upstate Farms currently supplies 107 Wilson Farms and Sugar Creek stores in Western New York. The agreement marks a consolidation of all 199 stores serviced by one dairy [image-nocss] provider.

Wilson Farms president and CEO Paul Nanula said, Working with one well-respected dairy provider for all of our stores in Western and Central New York will not only help improve efficiencies and overall customer service, but also support dairy farmers, processing facilities, distribution centers and drivers in New York State.

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Wilson Farms Neighborhood Food Stores currently operates 199 convenience store and gas station locations across New York state. It offers farm-fresh produce, convenient meal solutions, freshly made wraps and sandwiches, gourmet coffee and a variety of other beverages and an expanded line of grocery, frozen and dairy products.

Upstate Farms is a farmer-owned dairy cooperative that markets a variety of dairy products, including yogurt, smoothies, dips, flavored mild beverages and ice cream under the Upstate Farms, Bison, Intense Milks and Milk for Life brands.
