Alto-Shaam Adds to Regional Sales Team

Cheap has culinary, operations background

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Alto-Shaam Inc. has appointed Chris Cheap as an addition to its regional sales management team. In his new role, Chris will be responsible for sales development and management in Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

Cheap, formerly director of sales with on-premise baking equipment firms Nu-Vu Food Service Systems and Wilder Manufacturing and a former regional sales manager for foodservice equipment maker Rational, brings with him an extensive background in culinary and operations management.

Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Alto-Shaam's patented Halo Heat method is achieved with a thermostatic controlled, low-density thermal cable, wrapped throughout the walls of the cooking or holding cavity. It applies this principle of uniform heat distribution, to the greatest extent possible, in a complete line of specialty ovens and serving equipment. Alto-Shaam manufacturers Halo Heat low-temperature cooking, holding and serving equipment for convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and institutions.
