Chester's Opens New Raleigh Unit

In-line site located in Triangle Plaza Shopping Center

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Major convenience-channel fried chicken foodservice offering Chester's International has announced the grand opening of its newest store in North Carolina. The new restaurant is located in the Triangle Plaza Shopping Center in Raleigh, N.C. It is not connected to a convenience store, gas station or truckstop.

The Raleigh Chester's celebrated its grand opening on September 19 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Chester the Chicken was also on hand to pose for photos with customers and employees.

"We look forward to bringing Chester's great tasting, fresh fried chicken [image-nocss] to the Raleigh area," said Randolph Perry, owner and operator of the new Chester's.

The new Chester's location will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner offering Chester's signature menu options including Chester's fried bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, potato wedges and biscuits. The newest Chester's will also offer both dine-in and carryout options.

"We are very excited to have this new in-line location opened," said James Venable, director of operations at Chester's International, Birmingham, Ala.
