Aznar has extensive experience in the foodservice world; he has owned his own production and distribution facilities and has developed foodservice programs from the ground up for clients of Strasburger's consulting division over the past dozen years, the company said.
"As we continued to get requests to operate stores and QSRs [quick-serve restaurants] from financial institutions, real estate trusts and oil companies, it became clear to us that [image-nocss] we needed to focus the kind of expertise that Tom possesses to those locations," said Roy Strasburger, vice president of the Temple, Texas-based company.
