WESTLAKE, Ohio --TravelCenters of America, operator of the TA and Petro Stopping Centers travel center brands, is inviting all kids to eat free for the summer. From May 15 to Sept. 1, 2014, TA and Petro will give children, age 10 and under, a free meal from the kid's menu, with the purchase of an adult entrée.
Free kids' meals are available at breakfast, lunch or dinner. And, each free meal includes a small beverage. There is a variety of options on the menu--burgers or spaghetti for the kids, salads for those who enjoy eating light and steaks for the meat lovers.
Kids eat free and AAA discounts are available on dine-in purchases only. The restaurant will provide one free kid's meal per adult entrée.
Meanwhile, TravelCenters of America has announced the opening of a food court at TA Effingham, located at I-57/I-70, Exit 160, in Effingham, Ill. The food court includes Dunkin' Donuts, Popeyes and Sbarro dining options.
An 88-seat dining area is set to be complete in late June, giving professional drivers and motorists a spacious environment in which to dine.
The company also announced the opening of a new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant at TA West Greenwich, located at I-95, Exit 5B, in West Greenwich, R.I., the only full-service travel center in the state.
The new Popeyes expands the full-service offering at this location with a seated dining option.
