Convenience Valet Welcomes Steffen

Consumer products, retail vet will serve as vice president of sales, business development

MELROSE PARK, Ill. -- Convenience Valet, a leading supplier of single- and double dose over-the-counter (OTC) medications and convenience/travel size personal care and general merchandise, has named Doug Steffen as vice president of sales and business development.

Steffen brings  more than 15 years of experience in the consumer products and retail industry and was most recently as executive vice president of business development at Lynco Products, Milan, Ill.

"Doug will serve as leader in developing our sales force, new business and cross-selling of our unique portfolio of products," said executive vice president Jim Blosser. "We're pleased to welcome him aboard."

Convenience Valet is a leader in blister-packaged small and trial-size consumer products. It offers a line of nationally branded convenience-size health and beauty care (HBC) items, over-the-counter (OTC) medications in single- and double-dose packets and other diverse consumer products. Convenience Valet continues to expand in all classes of trade offering more than 500 product SKUs. It has 50 years of experience servicing the convenience, grocery, drug, vending, hotel, travel and food industries and has a large selection of nationally branded products.
