Gate Petroleum Partners with AAA
Promotion saves Auto Club members on their renewal
TAMPA, Fla. -- AAA members who fill their gas tanks at Gate convenience stores will automatically earn AAA Dollars, thanks to a new partnership between Gate and AAA.
AAA members in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee who use their membership card at Gate locations in Florida and Georgia will earn 3 cents per gallon on cash fuel purchases and 1 cent per gallon on debit- or credit-card fuel purchases. The money is accrued in AAA Dollars, which can be used when AAA members renew their membership.
Earning AAA Dollars is easy:
- Swipe your AAA membership card at the pump or in the GATE store.
- Swipe your payment card or pay cash.
- Pump gas.
- Earn AAA Dollars.
“It’s like getting paid to shop,” said Belinda Dabrowski, managing director, AAA Partnership Development, the Auto Club Group. “The more times you fuel up at Gate and swipe your membership card, the more you can earn AAA Dollars that can save you money on your annual AAA membership.”
AAA members in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee are already enrolled in AAA Dollars. There are no accounts to manage and no points to redeem. AAA members automatically receive AAA Dollars every time they make eligible purchases. The AAA Dollars consumers earn will be applied toward their next AAA membership renewal. Shop at participating partner locations like Gate, through the AAA Dollars Online Mall or at AAA offices in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, and you earn AAA Dollars.
“The AAA Dollars provide another mechanism to further enhance and personalize the Gate experience for our customers,” said Kristen Beach, media and marketing director for Gate. “Not just easy to use, the program is highly rewarding providing valued savings and an additional way for our customers to earn a renewal toward their trusted AAA membership.”
AAA members in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee can also earn AAA Dollars that can pay for their membership when shopping at over 70 online retailers through AAA.com, such as Walmart.com, Best Buy and iTunes, and at participating partner locations.
