PCF Saleco, Jenny's Markets Sign Distribution Deals With BAZI

Colorado-based c-store chains adding firm's energy shot

DENVER -- All 78 PCF Saleco stores in four states and 40 Jenny's Market stores in the Denver market (both Colorado-based chains being owned by Lone Tree, Colo.-based K&G Petroleum LLC) have signed agreements with BAZI International Inc. for the distribution of BAZI healthy energy shots.

PCF Saleco is the second largest Circle K franchisee nationally with 78 stores in four states--Kansas, Utah, New Mexico and Missouri.

"This agreement gives BAZI an even greater potential to continue to penetrate the convenience store channel as we have been authorized to sell our [image-nocss] products for distribution to these and other retailers with Core-Mark International," said Debbie Wildrick, CEO of BAZI.

Core-Mark is one of the largest broad-line, full-service marketers and distributors of packaged consumer products in North America, servicing more than 26,000 retail outlets and 26 distribution centers in the United States and Canada.

"As we continue to expand in Colorado, our hometown market, PF Saleco and Jenny's are a very important part of our growth, and we are glad to have their support," added Wildrick.

Denver-based BAZI International is a provider of healthy energy shots designed to help enhance physical health and overall performance. BAZI is a concentrated energy shot with eight super fruits, including jujube, acai, mangosteen, goji, pomegranate, blueberry, raspberry and seabuckthorn, plus a variety of phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and trace minerals, supporting the critical nutrition needed daily in a convenient, two-ounce shot.

K&G Petroleum is a wholesale and retail gasoline company that also owns and operates convenience stores only in the state of Kansas after the company split off the 78 former Circle K stores it purchased in Missouri, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado. The company owns and operates 36 Jenny's Markets and 13 K&G Conoco stores. In October 2008, K&G purchased Circle K sites formerly owned by ConocoPhillips through Pacific Convenience & Fuels LLC. The Circle K franchise stores becoming the basis of PCF Saleco, with units in Utah, New Mexico, Kansas and Missouri.
