ERI Supports SIGMA's Pay It Forward

Contributes $10,000 to group's scholarship program
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. -- Energy Recruiters Inc. (ERI) has announced its continuing support of the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America's (SIGMA's) Pay It Forward Scholarship Program. Last year, a total of $18,000 was awarded to nine recipients. With support from Energy Recruiters ($10,000), Telvent DTN ($5,000) and Caliber Consulting ($2,000), a total of $18,000 is available for 2010.

SIGMA is currently accepting applications, which can be downloaded at www.sigma.org/meetings/sharegroups/[image-nocss] scholarships.html.

The Pay It Forward scholarship is available to company employees and families of SIGMA regular members. Recipients are chosen based on community involvement and meeting a minimum grade point of 2.5.

SIGMA is a major national trade association representing independent motor fuel chain retailers and marketers, both branded and unbranded. Representing more than 260 member companies, SIGMA's mission is to benefit our members by helping them improve their ability to succeed in a free and fully competitive market for transportation fuels.
