ExxonMobil, McLane Update Service Agreement

Extend distribution deal through 2011

IRVING, Texas -- Exxon Mobil Corp. and McLane Co. Inc. have signed a new agreement that extends through 2011. Under the agreement, McLane will distribute food and nonfood products to Exxon and Mobil retail locations throughout the United States.

Our strong business growth has benefited from the business relationship, technology and service provided by McLane Co., said Michael Gore, ExxonMobil fuels marketing U.S. CORS sales manager. McLane has been and will continue to be an important part of our success.

Temple, Texas-based McLane provides distribution services throughout the United States, delivering food and nonfood products to more than 50,000 customer locations, including the convenience store, drug store, mass merchandise, quick-service restaurant and movie theater industries. The company operates 19 grocery distribution divisions and 18 foodservice distribution centers as well as an industry-specific software company. McLane is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Omaha.

Irving, Texas-based ExxonMobil has more than 1,200 Exxon and Mobil branded company operated and On the Run franchise stores in the United States.
