Spinx will offer fresh sub sandwiches, personal pizzas, Carolina Pride hot dogs, boiled peanuts and frozen beverages, which will be available at the Spinx tents throughout the festival and amphitheater areas. "We will be offering a variety of foods that fit the festival culture [image-nocss] but can also be purchased in our stores" said Stan Storti, chief marketing officer for Greenville, S.C>-based Spinx.
The company is also asking customers to sign up for "Spinx Idol." Five of them will be chosen to compete for the opportunity to win a new iPad. Spinx Idol will feature five contestants who will sing the Spinx "Making Life Easier" jingle in a singing competition on stage before the Corey Smith concert. The audience will vote to choose the winner.
Spinx will also be giving away a new Cornhole Game Set.
Freedom Weekend Aloft is held at Heritage Park in Simpsonville, S.C.
