Nouria, Tedeschi Stores to Carry Love And Quiches Sweets

Dessert, quiche maker adding Rainbow Brownie to Gourmet Grab & Go line

FREEPORT, N.Y. -- Nouria Energy gas stations and "c-stops" including Gulf, Shell, Irving Oil and L'il Mart in the New England market are among the convenience store locations that will offer Love and Quiches Desserts' Gourmet Grab & Go brownies. It will also supply Gourmet Grab & Go items to Tedeschi Food Shops throughout the New England region.

Gourmet dessert and quiche manufacturer Love and Quiches Desserts is introducing a new product and key convenience store partnerships. The company will unveil the Rainbow Brownie, its newest Gourmet Grab & Go product in October, as well as formally announce its recent partnerships with three convenience chains in the New England region.

Building on the success of the company's Gourmet Grab & Go line, the Rainbow Brownie is a two-serving, three-ounce individually packaged brownie studded with candy-coated milk chocolate in a rainbow of colors.

"The Rainbow Brownie complements our existing Gourmet Grab & Go line of products, including our Triple Chocolate Brownie, Oatmeal Chewie with California Raisins, Walnut Brownie, Cookies & Cream Brownie and Blondie," said Michael Goldstein, the company's vice president of research and development and national accounts. "Best of all, this delicious dessert, like our other popular offerings, is baked without artificial preservatives or trans fats, making it a fun, guilt-free treat."

The new c-store deals "point to our continued expansion in the New England region, as well as the growing demand for our products from convenience retailers and others in the foodservice industry," said Joan Axelrod, vice president of sales and marketing. "These stores are among the top chains in the region, and we are extremely pleased to now have these relationships. I, along with the rest of the company, look forward to long, successful affiliations."

Based in Freeport, N.Y., Love and Quiches Desserts has been providing distinctive desserts and gourmet quiches for almost 40 years to every segment of the foodservice industry--national chain accounts, independent restaurants, business and industry, airlines, caterers, coffee bars, in-store bakeries, health care and universities, food retailers and most recently, vending. The company offers trend-responsive product lines, including Sweet Singles single-serve desserts, Authentic Cheesecakes, Quiches and Gourmet Grab & Go Individually Wrapped Snacks.
