Fortune Lighter reveals sweepstakes code

ARLINGTON, Texas -- TNT Marketing has been selected by New License LLC to market its Fortune Lighter to convenience stores nationally.

The Fortune Lighter gives customers the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes, the grand prize of which is $100,000. A code, placed in the tank of the lighter, is hidden by dark blue dyed butane. As the lighter is used and the butane is depleted, the code becomes visible. This code can be used as an entry PIN at www.fortunelighter.com for a chance to win one of the 108 sweepstakes prizes, including the grand prize. [image-nocss] Each person must register to play.

The lighter itself is an everyday, childproof, flint, butane lighter. Intrigued by Fortune Lighter's sweepstakes, c-store customers are likely to choose this lighter over similar available options, the companies said. With a total prize pool of $236,000 of cash and electronic prizes, the pull is strong to pick a Fortune Lighter, they added.

The potential of winning money adds great appeal, said TNT president Kennith Fries.
