Enodis Anoints Group President of the Americas

Nerbonne in new-born role for foodservice equipment maker

LONDON -- Enodis PLC has named Robert Nerbonne to the position of Group President of the Americas, effective April 1, 2006. In this newly created role, Nerbonne will report directly to Dave McCulloch, CEO of Enodis.

The position of Group President for the Americas will include responsibility for all foodservice equipment operations and sales offices in the United States, Canada and Latin America. The new position is focused on enhancing customer support, service capabilities and manufacturing excellence.

Nerbonne joined Enodis [image-nocss] in February 2002 and has held positions of vice president of operations, president of Kysor/Warren, and most recently president of Delfield. Prior to Enodis, Nerbonne held a variety of positions in the foodservice industry, including the position of president of Pitco Frialator.

This appointment is a significant step in bringing increased focus to each of the major regions of the world. We welcome Bob to this expanded role, and look forward to his efforts on behalf of our customers and our company, said Dave McCulloch, CEO.
