Gulf Oil Names Fitzpatrick CFO

Was strategy officer for Dunkin' Brands

CHELSEA, Mass. -- Gulf Oil LP, provider of refined petroleum products under its retail Gulf brand, has named Jayne Fitzpatrick as chief financial officer.

Fitzpatrick brings exceptional financial and operational talent from her broad experience in both commercial brands and professional services firms, said Joseph Petrowski, CEO of Gulf. She will be an incredible asset to Gulf Oil in leading high performance teams and solving complex business issues in our constantly changing retail environment.

Fitzpatrick was most recently chief [image-nocss] strategy officer at Dunkin' Brands, where she led global corporate merger and acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships, information technology, and strategic/financial planning. Prior to being named chief strategy officer, she also served as vice president of global finance and general manager at Dunkin' Brands. Previously, she was a consultant with Bain & Co., providing strategic consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products, retail, healthcare, building products, electric utility and pharmaceutical industries. She also served as an international sales engineer and then project developer for the Latin American region of General Electric.

Gulf Oil, Chelsea, Mass., is one of the Northeast's largest wholesaler of refined petroleum products. Gulf distributes motor fuels through a network of more than 2,400 Gulf branded gas stations, 12 proprietary oil terminals, and a network of more than 50 other supply terminals. Gulf supplies heating oil, diesel fuel, jet fuel and kerosene to these branded retail outlets through both its Gulf brand, and in the seven states of New England and New York, the Exxon brand. Through its unbranded subsidiary, Great Island Energy, Gulf also supplies petroleum products as well as risk management and financial services to industrial, commercial and independent retail firms. Gulf through its wholly owned subsidiary World Energy, is also a major U.S. distributor of biodiesel.
