ATLANTA -- Following a successful pilot program with Georgia Oil Holdings in Atlanta, GreenPrint LLC, creator of the first carbon-neutral gasoline program, has formed its board of advisors. Retail fuel and convenience-store industry executive Van Tarver will lead Greenprint’s board and serve as chief strategic advisor to the company’s executive leadership team.

The group is comprised of a wide-range of industry experts and business leaders from various fields and will help the company expand its footprint in the retail fuel space in addition to other verticals.

“When selecting board advisors, our priority was finding reputable individuals that could contribute dynamic expertise from a variety of perspectives,” said Peter Davis, CEO of Atlanta-based GreenPrint. “We did just that by putting the right team in place to achieve success. We have reached a pivotal point. With a growing momentum in the retail petroleum space, we now gear up to launch our fleet division.”

Tarver draws from his more than 30 years' experience in the fuel industry, including his role in building Kroger’s convenience-store and supermarket fuel operations. “I believe in GreenPrint’s mission to help offset fuel emissions in a socially responsible way and am excited to utilize my connections and experience in the space to introduce the company to retailers nationwide,” said Tarver.

Additional founding members of the board include Van Huff and Senator John Albers. Huff will leverage his fleet industry experience to assist with the launch of GreenPrint’s Fleet Solutions service, which provides corporate and municipal fleet owners with a cost-efficient and robust solution that allows their team to be carbon neutral. An entrepreneur and business owner, Senator Albers will help advise the company on public policy and government regulation.
"The GreenPrint solution allows the free market to drive environmentally friendly solutions in an immediate and meaningful way,” said Senator Albers. “The Target ZERO solution will become a household name very soon."

GreenPrint enables consumers to drive their cars, heat their homes and live their everyday lives without leaving a carbon footprint. The company's patent-pending solutions also provide commercial fleet managers and petroleum retailers the ability to build goodwill, enhance brand loyalty and increase market share.
