Expansion site brings company closer to Windy City employee talent pool

ROCKFORD, Ill. -- Road Ranger LLC has announced plans to expand its headquarters to the Chicago area. The company is based in Rockford in northwestern Illinois.

The expansion site is located in the Sears Roebuck & Co.'s corporate headquarters complex in the Prairie Stone Business Park in Hoffman Estates, Ill., less than 20 minutes away from O'Hare International Airport.

Expanding to this Chicago metropolitan location will allow Road Ranger to attract the best employee talent and connect with the strongest strategic business [image-nocss] partners in the Midwest, which is essential for a company of excellence approaching $1 billion in annual sales, said Daniel J. Arnold, president of Road Ranger.

With easy access to the most traveled interstate system in the Midwest and to O'Harethis office will allow much better accessibility for out-of-town guests and business partners, added Arnold.

The office space is expected to open mid-April 2006, the company said.
