Alto-Shaam Names Eastern Sales Manager

Dolan has received several foodservice awards

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Foodservice equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam Inc. has announced that Bill Dolan has been appointed as sales manager, covering the eastern region of the United States.

With more than 25 years experience in the foodservice industry, Dolan's background ranges from hotel operations to dealer sales project management, as well as marketing and sales development at the manufacturing level.

As the former director of training and development for Vulcan Hart, Dolan focused on formal training programs tailored to [image-nocss] specific participant needs, and in 2003, he was named the Supply & Equipment Foodservice Alliance's (SEFA) Trainer of the Year.

In 2004, Dolan was appointed as an honorary member of Le Club Chefs des Chefs by a White House executive chef and received Foodservice Consultants Society International's (FCSI) Education Provider of the Year award.
